We are 24 hours, but our reception is open from 10AM until 7PM. If you require urgent assistance outside those hours, there is a call machine in the hostel to reach us, or you could also email us. We do have personnel on standby.

Check-in hours are from 3.00PM.

Check-out hours are up to 12.00PM. Early check-in: Early check-in will be subject to bed/room availability with an additional charge of S$10 per person. Late check-in: Self-check-in will be available should you arrive after 7PM.

After 7PM (after our reception closes), you will be able to self check-in. We will send in advance the self check-in instructions on the day itself, but if you do not receive it please write to us. Early Check-Out: For early check-out (before 10AM), please give us at least one day notice must be provided to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Before 10AM (before our reception opens), you will be able to self check-out by dropping the keys/keycards. Late Check-Out: For late check-out between 12.00PM and 2.00PM, there will be a late fee of S$50. For late check-out after 2.00PM, a full day walk-in rate will be charged.

Yes, luggage can be safe-kept at the reception for no charge. The Management will not be liable for any loss or damage of goods.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to enter the hostel. Children are only allowed if they stay in a private room.

Our premises are under 24-hours CCTV surveillance. Rooms are only accessible by guests and staff. In case of emergency, our staff are contactable through a 24-hours hotline. Singapore is also ranked the 6th safest country in the world.

2-in-1 shampoo and body soap will be provided. Towels are available for rent.

There is no curfew at our hostels.

For BEAT. Capsule Hostel @ Boat Quay, the nearest parking lot is at Upper Circular Road, a 5-minute walk from the hostel.

For BEAT. Sports Hostel @ Little India, there are plenty of parking around the hostel, within a stone's throw distance.

For the safety and security of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted. A fine of S$200++ will be imposed. The hostel reserves the right to report trespassers to the police.

Yes. There’s a strict non-smoking policy in the hostel. We do have designated outdoor smoking areas.

For cancellation, there will be no refund on deposits made to secure the booking. In the event of no-show on day of check-in, the reservation will be released with no compensation, unless we receive an email request to keep the reservation. We will then hold the reservation for up to 24 hours.
