TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please check out before 11am. Late check-out will be charged as per following: Late check-out (11am - 1pm): $30/person

   Late check-out (1pm onwards): Full day room rate

   We reserve the right to remove your belongings from the room and deny you further access. We shall not be liable for any loss / damage to your belongings as results of the action(s) taken.

2. Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the room, except plain water.

3. Shoes are NOT allowed in the room.

4. Quiet Hours: 10pm – 7am. Please kindly lower your volume.

5. Please remain to your assigned room and bed number. 

   Failure to do so will incur a penalty of $50/offence.

6. Air-conditioning will be switched off from 11am to 3pm.

7. Outside guests are NOT allowed within the premises of the property.

   A fine of $200 will be imposed on each trespasser each night. We reserve the right to call the police and prematurely terminate the guest’s stay without compensation.

8. You are liable for any damages done to the property and/or its fixtures (linens, blinds etc.), whether intentional or not, up to the total cost of the replacement plus an additional administrative fee of $50/offence.

9. No key deposit collected. Lost key will incur a penalty of $20/key.

10. We reserve the right to ask any guest to vacate the hostel immediately, without refund and prior notice, should you be disruptive or pose a safety threat to other guests or staff. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to remove guest's belongings.​
